Technology Class

I really liked technology class. It helped learn to type faster and learn more about computers. The Typing Web was really cool. I  loved the blogger that we did because it helped me talk about something that I really don't want to say to other people. The teacher is awesome. Her name is Mrs. Debolt and she's one of those teachers that have the time to talk through your conversations. She really understands you.

My parents bought a house. The house is very big and has a bunch of different rooms. My room has an ugly carpet that is the color baby blue. It's ugly but new and clean. In the basement, there's a dark room that was used to develop pictures. There's a lot of ventage things in there.

Hogwarts

I would go to Hogwarts School of Wizardry & Witchcraft. The first thing I would do is get the powerfulest wand there is and impersonate Harry Potter. If he catches me, then I will challenge him to a magic duel and defeat him while no body's watching, and I will turn him into a frog forever. The next thing is that I'll give him to a witch, so that she can eat him while he's still in frog form. The third thing I'll do is learn more about wizardry and defeat evil, so that I can be put down in history known as " Andrew The Defeater of Evil." The fourth thing I'll do is become a Griffendor. The fifth thing I'll do is make a spell that will take me to Narnia, so that I can start an inter dimensional war and challenge Dawson. I will win.

It was October 27, 2012, when I went to Six Flags. It technically was my first time even though I went before because I never rode on a ride. I got paired up with 5 groups because my first group ditched me and after every group I had they kept coming back and kept pulling me away. Finally something bad happened to them to get them kicked out and I found my last group. I don't remember their last names, but their first was Savannah and liz. We had lots of fun together. I finally got to ride on a couple six flags rides. I have to give thanks to Mrs. Debolt for making the Six Flags trip. :)

I was going to discover what was going on I asked my classmates if they could encode the message, but none of them could I had to go to an expert. I went to a library and asked if they had a book that encoded the message. She did and told me that it was in the back. I got it and checked it out. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was from my teacher!

I'm not looking forward to Christmas. At this age I don't have anything to ask for. There's only one thing that's good about that. If I only ask for one thing, then I will get it. The one thing I want is a German Shepard, or a Husky puppy.

My Terrible Thanksgiving

My first thanksgiving as a host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the store. It looked so good looking that i could just eat it raw. When I went home, I started making everything there is that would fit Thanksgiving. I made mashpotatoes, corn, stuffing, carrots, cosola, salad, bread, and making the finishing touches on the turkey. when everybody sat at the table, I did the honor of cutting oppen the turkey. I stuck my knife into the turkey, and I couldn't believe what I saw, it was dry. I forgot to cook it in its juice. That's why we had to eat hamburgers for Thanksgiving.

The Time I Went Hunting

           It was a b-e-a-utiful day. That beautiful part was what my elementary principle said ever morning. My dad told me something special today was going to happen. I was going to go hunting. It was for youth only, so he couldn't steal my deer. When we got down there, we first had to put up a stand. It was really high up. My favorite part was the tree that we were in. The tree was really old, and it was like a bench. One part of the tree went sideways, then went straight up.

She's staring into the glass mirror, staring into the eyes of death. She wonders if she's going to make it out of the transe. The reason she took the challenge is because she wanted to get her mother back. Her mother had the same fate, but gave up un like her, and was sucked into the portal going into the enchanted mirror getting sucked into the mouth of darkness to where you never stop falling and never see light again.

About Me

I am 13 years old. I love to play outside with my brother, though sometimes when I want to go inside, he can be a little fusty about going inside. when I want some alone time, I do things like sleep, eat, or play the Xbox 360. My favorite food is Chicken Marsala at Olive Garden. My favorite homemade food is mashed potatoes and meatloaf patties. They're kind of like fish patties, but made out of meatloaf.

In Mrs. DeBolts Class

In Mrs. DeBolts class I learned a lot of things. I learned things that the computer does and I learned tips on how to take care of a computer properly. I learned about many different computers and what some computers do and others don't do. I liked everything that we did in Mrs. DeBolts class except for the typing lessons. Not the time typing test .The other thing I disliked in her class  was leaving:). In 2nd semester I will miss Mrs. DeBolt alot. I think what Mrs. DeBolt should change is the typing lessons and that's probably it. I like when we do the blog post. Finding pictures was my favorite. I think Mrs. DeBolt should keep doing the blog post and the Microsoft word projects. My favorite project is probably the Microsoft Word project were doing now.

Cross Country

 This Saturday we have a meet at Farmington. They will place the top 40. It will probably be a big meet since they medal top 40 people. We only have a week and 2 days left of Cross Country then the season is over. We have 2 meets left. The Farmington Invitational and Doe Run meet. It will be a long drive down there. But thankfully we get to listen to our iPods. At the Farmington  Invatational . I hope I medal  I think I will do good at this meet. At the Farmington Invatational there will be 2 meets that day. I will be Tired!!Last week at Potosi it was very muddy.It was just slush and everybody was slipping and falling. It slowed everybody down alot , and it was also a timed meet.  Next meet after our Doe Run meet we return our uniforms and come back and party! But then our Cross Country season will be over.

My Monster Story

I was in the woods and while I was walking around  I heard a noise. It sounded like a growl. I look behind me and I see the most ugliest monster in the world. He is about 8 feet tall. and about 5 feet wide. He is Green and brown. His eyes are red but his nose is purple. He is really hairy. But a little patch on his head is shiny and bald. He is also really dirty. I started to run. He chased after me . More of his kind started to chase after me too. I was terrified. I was screaming for help but I knew nobody could hear me. I look behind me and then in front of me I am now surrounded and there is no way out. They keep creeping closer. I just stand there. The monster reaches in my pocket and grabs my lollipop. He unwraps it and eats it. He shares with all the other monsters. The monsters want to be my friends now.I climb on the monsters back and he takes me home.

Cross Country meet

I had a cross Country meet Tuesday. I was nerve racking. I was so nervous all day. We had our meet at r-7. It only took us literally 5 minutes to get there. When we got there we had to walk the trail. We started to walk the trail so early because it was really long. it was 1.9 miles long. When we got done walking the trail we were in our box warming up. We would do striders,butt kickers, and lunges. When we got done with those we took our sweats off and got ready to race. The the race director shot off the gun.  I was so nervous because it was a long course. I was trying to save all my energy to last me through the race. During the race I kept thinking this is so easy. And it was. It was mostly flat ground and like 2 hills. During the last part of the race we had to go down the hill and into the shoot. When I finished I placed 27. They only placed the top 10. I was a little disappointed.

They took everything but one odd thing

The robbers took everything I had. Everything my couch, TV, and even the trash but they didn't take my my half eaten subway sandwich . out of all the things they took they didn't take my sandwich. IF they were going to take the trash then why not the sandwich. They just left it in the middle of my living room. I am just really shocked and I don't know what to do. "They would've eaten it if they wanted , I brushed my teeth this morning .' I thought to myself jokingly . I told the police about it but the said it was worthless. They sprayed this stuff to show fingerprints on every inch of the house but my half eaten sandwich. Like the robbers would have had to touch it to put it in the floor DUH!

Cross Country

We had a Cross Country meet Tuesday. When we got there is was really humid and hot. We warmed up and was close to starting the race. But then the race officials called a 30 minute delay because of lightning. Then it started to cool down really fast ,the clouds were real low, and dark.Everyone else got to race(Senior,Varsity,JV) but the middle school. I really wanted to race that day and I was sad that I couldn't .Next , Our team went to the buss and called attendance and we left  to go home ,and the weather was getting worse. The next  day at practice,Thursday, Coach Thurman said that there was a small tornado but it damaged alot of homes.

Tape Measure

When I see the picture of a tape measure I always think of the doctors office because they always have to measure you, and weigh you. and if i want to see how tall I am or to just play around and look how big my wrist is or how big my belly is or neck and ankle. I also think about it when you want to sew .You measure what you are going to sew, so you know how long or tall it is. I think about the tape measure for people who work in construction. They have to measure how tall and wide the door is going to be or how big you want your garage.People use it for school to teach kids how to use math.A lot of people use the measuring tape today.

Cross Country Meets

This Saturday I have a Cross Country meet. Its a west city park. I am excited because i already know this course. it will be about 1.3 miles And Next Tuesday we have a meet. We might be getting out of school early. Its in st Genevieve. Its 2.5 miles. Altogether this season we have 8 meets. I am glad I have Joined Cross Country so I don't sit around at home, and it will help me be more active fit. I can't wait till our Saturday meet . We race at 11;30 . If i get placed I will be GLAD!!   This Saturday and Tuesday will be exciting!

Bottled Up Memory

My bottled up memory would be being alone in the woods on my dogs, Mya,Rosco,and Skittles. I would open up the bottle everyday. I would open more than once a day probably. When I would open the bottle it would take to the best place in the world. I would feel so happy and peaceful and not disturbed. It would be a joy at the end of everyday lying on the ground rested up against Mya,Rosco,and Skittles. I would open the bottle anytime and anywhere .I would probably open it during the nights when I can't sleep. Only if there were an invention that would make that possible. And sometimes we would venture out in the woods deeper and deeper.

Cross Country this week

This week we had a four day weekend. So we didn't start Cross County till Tuesday . Tuesday we had to run down to the park , we stretched and then ran our trail . when we finished our trail we got a drink and ran it again. When we finished writing it the second time we got a drink and ran back to school . We got our stuff and left. We ran 5 miles that day. Wednesday  we just stayed at school. We got our uniforms and did 100 crunches and 40 push ups . Then we went outside to run up and down hills . when we finished we  ran around the track 2 times and then we were done and went home. This Saturday we have our first meet . It is by the zoo its only 2k so it will be easy.

Labor Day

     Labor Day is dedicated to the people who have achieved and worked. Peter J McGuire, General Secretary of the brotherhood  Carpenters and joiners and a co founder  of the American federation of Labor , was wanting to honor a day those "Who from rude nature delved and carved all the grandeur we behold.'' Although Mr. McGuire place in Labor Day has not gone unchallenged.
     Tuesday September 5, 1882 in New York City was the first celebrated Labor Day. Gendercide in India

To summarize the video is that people in India are killing their children that are girls because they are expensive and will have to pay larger fees because they are girls. People get abortion ,murder, or throw their child in the trash because they are girls. People will get illegal ultra sounds to tell if the baby is a boy or a girl.  Most of the time if the baby is a girl they will abort it. But in India there is a place down an alley that people can drop their baby girl and other people will take care of them. There at the sanctuary the people willing to care for them care for them feed them and give the a bed.  They will releases  the girls when they are old enough to care for themselves. What I feel about this passage is that it is very wrong and just  because somebody is a girl doesn't mean that they should abandon them or abort them .  I think that people should stop aborting baby girls and should treat them just like men. People are people and they should be treated exactly the same.

What I know about computers are typing. What I like to do on computers is get on and play games and to see what my friends are doing on Facebook and Twitter.

What I Like About Tech

Tech class was very fun. I am not one to like computers but I had lots of fun learning. If I could have changed a few things I would. I would have us do less of the timed typing tests and more blogs. I would also have more word activities. I would love to learn more about computers. I think kids should learn more about technology. This will be my very last blog.I think we should be able to continue using our blogs at home.

The Hunger Games movie is coming soon!!!!! I am going to it  for a trip with my C.A. class. I have read all three of the Hunger Games books and cant wait until the movie shows. I know your probably wondering what team I am. TEAM PEETA!!!!!!!!!! He is so nice and protective over Katniss and has always had her back. He is not very strong,but that doesn't really matter. I have been a team Peeta since I read the books. I think that Katniss was always made to be with Peeta. I think that Gale is too pushy towards Katniss. He thinks if she doesn't love me then I cant be her friend.



Paris!!!!!!!

This picture reminds me of a love story. If I have the time to write a story today, I will write a love story. I love to write and this picture inspires me to write about a girl, named Ellie, who goes to Paris for a collage class field trip. Instead of studying she goes site seeing and falls for a guy, named Carson. She goes on an adventure with Carson and they end up in another world. How did they get to this world you may ask. They go through a portal in the Eiffel Tower. This portal changes Ellie's life for good... because she cant find a way to get home.

What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up

When I grow up I wanna be a zoologist and work with animals. Or I wanna work with endangered animals. Helping animals is what I would love to do, but I would also like to be a teacher and help teach kids. Helping teach math would be amazing. I really don't know what I wanna be yet. These are my top choices though. I think I would be good in either of these jobs. I would really love to work with pandas they are soooooooooooo cute! I would also like to work with the tigers. They are like REALLY big versions of my cats. I also would like to work with middle schoolers if I teach. Middle school has alot of challenges, but I would be the kind of teacher you go to for help, but I also LOVE animals. This is the biggest  choice I've ever had to make. I have very good grades so I think I could be either of these. If I wanted to be a zoologist I would have to get my doctoral degree. If I were to become a teacher, I would have to get my masters degree.

The House!

This picture makes me wonder what it would be like to live in it. This picture inspires me to write a story. The story would be about a little girl who lives across the street from this odd looking house. She is the new girl in school and has no friends. She takes off to find out what is in the house. Once inside the house, she meets a boy her age. What she doesnt know is that the boy is a ghost. The boy and girl have lots of fun together but the little boy cannot leave the house and when the girl goes to school she gets made fun of because of her "friend". No one believes her that there really is a boy in the house.

Harry Potter

The Harry Potter movies (and books) are my favorite movies (and books :D). My favorite character is Hermoine. I love how she is so smart yet pretty and she is always there for the guys (meaning Ron and Harry). I like how instead of falling for the hero, Harry, she fell for the sidekick, Ron.  Ron is another one of my favorite characters. He is Harry's best friend but he can be a little mean to Hermoine sometimes. Ron can also be a little dramatic at times. Like when Harry name suddenly apeared in the Goblet of Fire. He jumped to conclutions that Harry wanted to be in the compitition.

Should Everyone Have To Take P.E.

I think if the students are well and able, then the students should have to have P.E., but if you are hurt or not physically well to do activities, then there should be an excception. It is said that kids need 60 minutes of activity or exercise a day. I think that students should have to take P.E. unless unable to do so. Kids need to get outside in my oppinion. America's kids seem to get less and less active and more lazy as the years go on. They are too busy playing video games or texting to care about there health. I think that if the kids would be in P.E. then it would help keep kids healthier.

Mercyme

I love the band Mercyme. They are a christian band. Mercyme is made up of 5 guys who use there music to spread the word about God. I have lots of there Cds.They have lots of up beat music that is always fun to listen to. I have dedicated my life to listening to christian music and they are one of my favorites(right behind Tenth Avenue North) :) The music they create helps others relizze they are perfect in His eyes and that nothing is more important than believing.

Helping Others!!

It was my first year at Festus and I was "the new girl". One of the girls at the school realized I didnt have very many friends yet and came up to my and said hi. I didnt no it yet but she would become my best friend. We both are still besties and that makes it even harder for me to move to a new shcool. She helped me open up to others in the school and make more friends. She will always be my best friend no matter where i live all because she was helping me. I think that the world would be a much better place if we all were just nice enough to make someone's day.

My Favorite Band

My favorite band was at the concert I went to with my best friend. The band is Tenth Avenue North and I really loved getting to see them at the concert. The lead singer,Mike, came right next to me and my friend's seats. We had V.I.P. seating and were right at the front. Tenth Avenue North is a christian band. I love there music because it is scentered around God. Their songs also make others see that they are important and belong in the world. My favorite song is You Are More.

The Wealthy Donor

If you are reading this blog, then I have a very good suggestion for your facility. I believe that you should build a movie theater in our town. This will keep people happy because it will provide a fun but safe way for kids and teens to hang out. I believe it will help teens stay off drugs and other bad things. A movie theater would make a lot of money and could have very good sales. Movie theaters are my friends and my favorite hang out. Many teens would love to have a theater.

Tiger Talent

Today I have tiger talent after school. I love to act in tiger talent. Its really fun. As a kid, my mom signed me up for acting, but I turned it down. I really shouldnt have done that because now I love to act and preform. Tiger Talent is for anyone who wants to sign up. Its tons of fun and I get to be around all my friends. After Tiger Talent I get to go to my best friends house. She is in Tiger Talent too. I suggest that if you like to act then you should join the Tiger Talent group. My friends all love it too. Tiger Talent got to preform at the Minute To Win It challange.

Where I Would Travel

I would travel to New York city. I would love to go see the Madison Square Garden and the Statue of Liberty. I would love to go see a show on Broadway, too. My aunt and grandma went to New York a few weeks ago, but i wasnt allowed to go with them.

My friend and I are going to a concert in Indiana. It is only 9 days away!!! My friend and I like to listen to christian music and are going to the concert together. The concert is called Rock And Worship. We have VIP seating. My friend is very close to me, but I will be moving soon and I wont get to see her very much. I will be moving to O'Fallon, Misouri so my mom can get to work faster. 



About Me

My favorite activity is gymnastics and dance, but I also love to draw and play soccer. My parents are divorced and I have two half brothers, Christian and Landan. I dont go to my dads house anymore because he said he didnt want to see me. My brothers are very close to me and I love them very much, but they get very annoying sometimes.
